Blueberry muffins

Allgemein, baking

My best friend and I love to bake together. We discovered our love for Cupcakes about three years ago I would say. Within those three years we tried out a lot of different recipes. Last year we didn’t do a good job at baking anymore… . The cakes just didn’t go well, so we said we do a little break. But now: THE BREAK IS OVER <3. And before my amazing friend goes away for one year we need to bake so much we have never ever baked before (didn’t tell her that … :D).

So we tried out a recipe for Blueberry muffins and omg, they are so delicious :). I’m so happy they turned out good because I wanted to make some for sooo long and finally managed it.

The recipe is so easy, so everybody can do it, really.

You will need (for 12 muffins):

  • 100g soft butter
  • 150g sugar
  • about 8g vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml milk
  • 200g blueberries

Start with mixing your butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together.

Then add the eggs and mix.
Mix the flour and baking powder in an other bowl and add the flour mixture bit by bit to the main mixture by turns with the milk. (Or you put everything in one bowl as we did :D).

After that you need to add the blueberries and carefully fold them into the mixture, so that they don’t break.

Line up a muffin tin and put about one tablespoon of mixture into each muffin case.

Then bake the cakes for 25 minutes at 150 to 175 degrees Celsius.

And then ENJOY 🙂

Essentials for doing a good job are cameras and music.Taking lots of pictures and dancing to music is really important. Otherwise it won’t go well ;).
