It’s time for another baking recipe. Christmas cookies just taste good now so you have to make the most of it.
You will need:
- 160 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 110 grams of butter
- 60 grams of icing sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod ( I use the doctor oetker mill)
- A pinch of salt
- Pinch of baking powder
- 80 grams dark chocolate
Mix the butter until it’s soft then add the vanilla and the icing sugar.
Add the egg and mix. When everything is good combained add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix.
Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a big nozzle and create these ‘S’ shapes.
Bake the cookies for 9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
The cookies aren’t supposed to go brown.
Melt some chocolate and dip the cookies half way into it.
Let the chocolate go hard before eating them.
