Pistachio vanilla cookies

baking, Random

I got the cookbook ‘Tanya bakes’ for my birthday this month and I was so excited for some new recipes. I love Tanya and I love her baking creations so I couldn’t wait and just had to bake something from her book.

I chose the Pistachio vanilla cookies because my mum and I love pistachios so much. The recipe for these is really easy the only thing that’s a little bit tricky is that they use self raising flour. I can’t buy this where I live so I had to mix my own which worked really good.

These cookies are so so easy to make. You mix all the ingredients together, put them in the fridge for half an hour and then you bake them. Quick, easy and so delicious! These cookies taste so incredible!! Like so good! I love pistachios as I said so these are the perfect cookies for me.
