My instax mini obsession | Glücksgeist

For my 18th birthday my mum bought me an instax mini camera. I saw these in every YouTube video and everywhere online so of course I really really wanted one. As I said my amazing mum got me one and since that day I am so in love with it and more than obsessed.

Probably the best thing about this camera is that you have your photo physically in your hands the second you took it. I love having printed photos because I often forget about the ones on my phone, so it’s nice to hang them on your wall and look at them. It’s also so much fun to wait until the picture is ready. You never know how it turns out and that adds so much fun to the whole process.

These pictures are also great decorations. As I said before I love to hang them onto my walls because they capture great memories. I never was much of a poster girl. I loved hanging my photos onto my walls and it’s so quick and easy with this camera. And probably all of us saw these pictures of fairy lights and polaroid pictures which look just too cute.

I feel like I am really trying to sell this camera to you which I am really not. I am just super happy with it and think it’s a great thing to have. The only really annoying thing is that taking photos with this camera is super expensive. I mean, I am not constantly taking pictures with it and only use it for ‘special occasions’, but it’s still quiet expensive.

All in all I am super happy that I got one and I really love to use it. Do you have an instax mini camera? Let me know in the comments below.

Love, x
