Apps you need |Glücksgeist

I wanted to share my favourite apps with you for ages and finally got around to do it. I discovered a few amazing apps over the past months and I use them on a daily basis so I had to share them with you. Don’t forget to tell me your favourite apps in the comments below.

Let’s start with the first one. I always edit my pictures with this app and of course I am speaking of VSCO. This app is amazing. They offer so many filters for free and you can do a lot with it. I recently bought a package of filters and I am so obsessed with them. I also love to play around with the temperature and saturation on this, but I also discovered another amazing editing app.

You can get Snapseed for free and omg, this app is amazing. I am still learning new things you can do with this app everyday, but my favourite things to use on this app are the details filter and the brush tool. These are amazing! I love to use the brush to make my colours look a lot more colourful and bright. You can also use the repair toil to get rid of anything you don’t want to have in your picture.

UNUM. This app (picture) is pretty amazing. I use this to step up the Instagram game. You can arrange your photos in this app to see if they fit into your feed on Instagram. I love this a lot because I am currently trying to get a nice orange feed there. It’s also great to see what pictures you recently uploaded and I use this to see which blog post I should upload next. It’s also free you only have to log in with your Instagram account and you’re ready to go.

So many of you asked me about this app and I understand why because this app is incredible. I am talking about the Polaroid app I found recently. I’m pretty sure I found the app under the name Instant – Polaroid or something like this, but on my phone it’s called InstaMini, so I don’t know what happend there. The app works like this, you take a picture, wait until it’s printed and then you have to shake until the picture is ready. SO cool and it really feels like using a real polaroid camera. You can choose different cameras but I think that costs more and you can select different frames for your picture.

The last app I want to share with you today is called PORTRA. This app turns every picture into a little water colour masterpiece. It looks like you have drawn your photo which is just so cool. You can play around with different filters and colours.

I hope you liked this post. Let me know what you think of it in the comments below.

Love, x

  1. I Love Vsco and Unum. I love how all of these apps are picture apps 🙂 One of my favorite editing apps is lightroom (you can also have it on your laptop, but they also have a phone version) Happy editing and picture taking beauty! ❤
